1. I'm having troubles signing in?
You'll need to use your Bear Id (Ex. Bobby_Baylor) and Password to sign in.

2. Where can I submit feedback?
Please send an email to OsoMobileSupport@baylor.edu to submit feedback.

3. Why can't I install OsoMobile?
OsoMobile is available for:
- Apple devices running iOS 6.0 or later.
- Android devices running system version 4.03 or later.

4. Can I make suggestions for new features?
Absolutely, you can send an email to OsoMobileSupport@baylor.edu and let us know what you would like to see in future releases.
