Neighborhood Relations

Be a good neighbor. If you live in an apartment complex, you will probably get to know your neighbors as you come and go from your apartment. If you are in a duplex or house, it may be more difficult to get acquainted. But, it's a good idea to make the effort. Often problems arising from noisy parties, unruly pets, or trash can be averted by establishing a good relationship with others living in your community. Most apartments in the Baylor neighborhood fall in the boundaries of the Baylor Neighborhood Association.
