1. How do I apply

2. Do I have to take the GRE?
Yes, students are required to take either the GRE or the MAT (Miller Analogies Test).

5. After my application is complete how long before I know if I am admitted?
Admission decisions are made as soon the School fo Nursing receives a completed application.
6. May I transfer in graduate level courses from another university?
Yes, 25% of the required Baylor coursework may be petitioned for transfer credit. Coursework accepted for transfer must be equivalent to the Baylor course, have a grade of "C" or better and have been taken within five years prior to Baylor admission
7. How long does it take to complete the program?
Depending upon the major, a student taking classes full-time can complete the program in 18-24 months. However, once admitted to the graduate school students have five years to complete their degree.
8. Do I have to go to Waco for classes?
No, the School of Nursing is located in Dallas at 3700 Worth Street near the Baylor University Medical Center. All classes are held at the School of Nursing. Classes are available via Distance Education for students living in or near the main Baylor University campus in Waco.
9. Is thesis required?
No, thesis is not required but is offered as an option.
