Welcome to Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing. Nursing is a challenging and rewarding professional career. There are many excellent schools of nursing for you to choose from. We have a dynamic and challenging nursing curriculum and opportunities for diverse patient care experiences to provide a balanced educational program. Our graduates perform well on the national licensure examination and are highly-valued by employers.
The faculty of the Louise Herrington School of Nursing view nursing as a profession and a "calling". Nursing faculty are committed to nursing education; their goal is to assist each student gain the needed knowledge and skills necessary for a career as a professional nurse at the baccalaureate or master's level.
