National and international media coverage of new findings from Wave II of the landmark Baylor Religion Survey has brought significant attention to the university during the last week. Hundreds of media outlets worldwide -- including USA TODAY, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, TIME and "ABC World News Tonight," to name a few -- have reported on the latest findings of the extensive religion survey conducted the Baylor Institute for Studies of Religion.
Results from the latest Baylor Religion Survey were released during a briefing on Sept. 18, 2008, in Washington, D.C. Additional reports will be released in the coming months as ISR researchers delve further into the data they collected. The Baylor Religion Survey will be repeated every two years, which will help researchers identify deep trends in America's religious landscape over the course of 20 years.
