Leigh Ann Marshall
Assistant Director, Baylor Parents Network
Leigh Ann Marshall joined the Parents Network in January 2014 after serving for several years in Baylor’s School of Engineering and Computer Science. Leigh Ann is a Baylor alum, the daughter of Baylor alumni parents, and the mother of a former Baylor student. During her long career at Baylor, she has worked in various positions in both the administrative and academic sides of the University.
The Parents Network was established in 1968 to keep the lines of communication open between parents and the university. The main focus of parent programming is to provide opportunities for parents to learn about Baylor and to be involved in the life of the university in meaningful and constructive ways. Parents Network keeps parents informed through periodic newsletters, a university calendar, the Parents Helpline and a web page. The heart of the organization is the network of Parents Network chapters.
In her current capacity, Leigh Ann coordinates chapter activities, communicates with chapter volunteers and helps with chapter events. She represents the Parents Network at Baylor Premieres, Orientation, Parents Weekend, and other activities, on- and off-campus.
