Klynn Edwards

K'Lynn Edwards serves as assistant director for the Baylor Women's Network. In 1981, K'Lynn graduated with an education degree from Baylor University as Karen Hedgepeth. She also has earned a master's degree in education from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi. In addition to teaching second through eighth grades, K'Lynn has been an event coordinator, developed achievement tests for Harcourt Assessment, Inc. and was a mortgage broker.

As assistant director for the Baylor Women's Network, K'Lynn works from San Antonio to facilitate groups for Baylor-related women in various cities across the state and around the nation. Klynn Edwards

The Baylor Women's Network welcomes all alumnae, friends, Alumni-By-Choice, wives of Baylor alumni and mothers of Baylor students to participate in local programs as well as campus events. The Baylor Women's Network nurtures Baylor friendships among women in their home communities through social events, promotes participation in community service projects and raises funds to provide scholarships for Baylor students.

K'Lynn is a longtime volunteer, working with Parents League and the San Antonio Baylor Women's League where she most recently served as president. She and her husband, Joel, have two Baylor bears of their own. Their son, Jared (BBA '05) married Kate Leslie (BA '05) and lives and works in San Antonio. Their daughter, Jana (BS '07) married Matt Klentzman and is working on her master's in geology, petroleum studies at Baylor.
