| Description | Sproull is President and CEO of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Metroplex Technology Business Council and the Richardson Economic Development Partnership. This unique and complex set of organizations he runs has two separate Board of Directors and a City Council to whom he reports.
He has led the revitalization of Richardson’s tech based economy through focus on diversification and technology start-ups. Sproull is credited with bringing two of the largest economic development projects announced in the U.S. to Richardson: A 5,000 employee Countrywide Financial operation in 2004, and a $3 billion Texas Instruments semiconductor factory in 2003.
