ESPN1660 talks with Ian McCaw about Baylor's conference future

On Tuesday Baylor Athletic Director Ian McCaw spoke with ESPN1660's David Smoak about Baylor's conference affiliation. Mr. McCaw was frank about how things have transpired not just for Baylor, but for the entire conference, and had some questions of his own about where the Texas legislature is this time around.
