Randall Bradley is the Ben H. Williams Professor of Music and director of the Church Music Program and the Center for Christian Music Studies in the School of Music at Baylor University. He is deeply committed to music ministry, has served as a minister of music since 1978, and has been a teacher of church musicians since 1989. Professor Bradley teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the Church Music Program and directs the Baylor University Men's Choir. His books Christian Worship: Its Theology and Practice, From Postlude to Prelude: Music Ministry’s Other Six Days and From Memory to Imagination: Reforming the Church’s Music are widely used as texts in colleges and seminaries. He holds degrees from Troy University (BME) and Southwestern Theological Seminary (MM, DMA,), and he previously taught at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Oklahoma Baptist University. He is a frequent conference leader in the areas of conducting, music education, and church music. He is the Minister of Worship at Calvary Baptist Church in Waco, Texas. Randall is married to Brenda, a Professor of English at McLennan Community College. They have two children, Hannah and Isaac.
