Stan Pearson MSLS

Stan Pearson is the owner and founder of Breathe Diversity and The Pearson Project, which keeps him busy as a full-time speaker and life coach. Through these platforms, Stan presents 50-75 programs a year, speaking on leadership, lifestyle development, diversity, and self-esteem.

Prior to becoming a Full-time Speaker & Life Coach, Stan worked in higher education at Texas A & M International University as the Associate Director of Student Activities. Stan helped create New Student Orientation and the school's Campus Activities Board. Stan was also the point person in advising and developing Greek Life on campus, which continues to flourish today because of policies, expectations, and traditions that Stan played a key role in putting into place.

Stan took great pride in being a part of the community as well, owning a small business as the owner, founder, and instructor of Rhythm Dance Studio, the first salsa dance studio in Laredo, TX.

Stan has an incredible understanding of students, professors, and staff. He has created programs and experiences for everyone to grow and enjoy, regardless of race, religion, ability, or socio-economic background. Stan has spoken in 42 States, as well as Mexico, Spain, the British and U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.

Recently, Stan has created a self-esteem brand, "Am I TOO Sexy?" that teaches people how to discover their "sexy" from the inside out and crack the code to self-esteem.
