This year's featured keynote speaker is Baylor graduate Tyrone Smith. Smith is a former Baylor cornerback and enjoyed a successful NFL career playing for the San Francisco 49ers. Tyrone is now the President and Co-founder of First and Goal, Inc., a non-profit organization whose goal is to create an atmosphere that promotes educational challenges, moral development, and proactive social behavior among youth, as well as the adults that serve them. It is through the organization’s slogan "A Game Plan for Life" that youth are encouraged to be active participants in achieving their dreams.
