Mentee Description

Applicant Requirements
  • Incoming Freshman or Transfer Student

Mentee Requirements

Mentees must be full-time freshman or transfer students. Mentees must commit to:
  • Communicating with their mentor
  • Meeting with their mentor in person at least once per month
  • Attending monthly STEPS meetings/programs
  • Conducting themselves appropriately as representatives of Baylor and the S.T.E.P.S. program
