Purpose and Goals (from the MSSA Constitution)
- Organize and facilitate the initiatives of the membership
- Provide services to compliment the professional goals of the membership
- Facilitate communication between the members and the
Department of Museum Studies faculty to promote the interests
of the Department and its students.
- Provide a meaningful liaison between the members and the museum
community.
- Participate in and represent the Department
of Museum Studies and the Mayborn
Museum Complex in Baylor University activities and professional
organizations.

Membership (from the MSSA Constitution)
- Any interested individual who meets Baylor University campus associational
requirements is eligible for membership.
- Auxiliary membership is open to alumni, members of the professional
museum community, or others with interests in the Association's goals.

Membership Dues
- Dues are only $10 per semester or $20 per year.
- Dues may be renewed by semester or by year.
