Miracles Choir to Perform at Chapel-Forum Sept. 27

The Miracles of Baddour Memorial Center Choir will perform at Baylor University at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, during Chapel-Forum.
The 20-person group from Senatobia, Miss., performs sacred and secular music and has become popular for their creative presentation. The choir is composed of residents of Baddour Memorial Center, a residential home for mentally challenged adults.
The Miracles have performed at the White House, on "The 700 Club," in the Crystal Cathedral in Los Angeles and at Dr. Norman Vincent Peale's Marble Collegiate Church in New York.
The Rev. Steven H. Dickie, executive director of Baddour Center, said that the mission of The Miracles is to share the love of Christ with their audiences and to teach others of the opportunities to witness even when faced with challenges.
