Baylor Expands Brazos Trolley Service

September 6, 1995

by Alan Hunt

The Brazos Trolley has new route stops which include Baylor University's George W. Truett Theological Seminary and the Clifton Robinson Tower.
According to Kenneth Simons, assistant vice president and business manager, the trolley's Gold Route recently started the new routes as a convenience for students.
The Gold Route will also feature an extra hour of service. Instead of running from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., the trolley will run until 4:45 p.m. During the last hour of service, the trolley will run only from the tower to campus, stopping at the tower every 10 minutes.
Simons says there will be four stops an hour at Clifton Robinson Tower from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and five stops an hour from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
The George W. Truett Theological Seminary is located at Fourth and Clay Streets. The Clifton Robinson Tower is located at 700 University Parks Drive.
The Department of Public Safety has free trolley schedules that list the new route and times.
