Baylor University's department of spiritual life hosts chapel speakers every Monday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. in Waco Hall on the Baylor campus. This November, students will be inspired from faith-based entrepreneurs, students, pastors and Baylor alumni.

Nov. 3 - The Baylor University Men's Choir, established in 1895, performs a wide variety of sacred and secular music. This auditioned group of male musicians consists of not only music majors, but architecture, sciences, business, engineering and pre-med students.

Nov. 5 - Ramiro Peña, a Baylor graduate, now serves on the Baylor Board of Regents. He and his wife are founding pastors of Christ the King Baptist Church of Waco. He has ministered in Mexico, Cuba, Guatemala, Argentina, Singapore, India, and Germany.

Nov. 10 - Dr. Amy L. Sherman is a Senior Fellow at The Sagamore Institute for Policy Research, where she directs the Center on Faith in Communities. She describes her work as being "a minister to ministries." She is the author of five books and more than 70 articles in periodicals such as Christianity Today and First Things.

Nov. 12 - Brad Corrigan, often known by the stage name Braddigan, was a member of the indie band Dispatch until their breakup in 2002. He has been pursuing a successful solo effort since 2003 and has released two albums independently on his label, Third Surfer Music.

Nov. 17 - Delvin Atchison is a current student at Baylor's George W. Truett Theological Seminary. He has more than 20 years of pastoral ministry experience and currently serves as pastor of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.

Nov. 19 - Dr. Burt Burleson was named Baylor's University Chaplain in October 2007. As chaplain, he is charged with nurturing the spiritual well-being of the Baylor community through pastoral care, spiritual direction, preaching, teaching and leadership for the area of spiritual life.

Nov. 24 - The Thanksgiving service is an annual opportunity to give thanks to God for the blessings of the year through music and testimony.

Dec. 1 - Rich Hansig will share an artistic presentation as part of Christmas and Arts, giving the Baylor community the opportunity to join in a time of worship and celebrate the miracle of God becoming human in order to redeem the world.

Dec. 3 - Ryan Richardson, the Associate Chaplain and Director of Worship at Baylor, began leading worship for Baylor Chapel in 2001 after graduating from Truett Theological Seminary. He and his wife have one child, Syler, and are deeply involved in both the Waco and Baylor communities.
