President To Hold Baylor 2012 Forums In Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth

President Robert B. Sloan Jr. and Board of Regents Chairman Drayton McLane Jr. are inviting alumni to forums July 29-31 in Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth to ask questions and address issues about Baylor 2012, the university's 10-year vision.
The first forum will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, in Houston at the Westin Oaks Hotel, 5011 Westheimer Rd.
Dallas-area alums will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, at the Doubletree Lincoln Centre, 5410 LBJ Freeway.
Another forum will be held in Fort Worth from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 31, at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, 1701 Commerce St.
In addition to President Sloan, forum participants will include Dr. David L. Jeffrey, provost and vice president for academic affairs, and David R. Brooks, vice president for finance and administration. The events will give alumni the opportunity to ask questions about the university's direction and to hear up-to-date information about the progress of Baylor 2012.
Each event includes a reception and hors d'oeuvres.
