Fitness Expo 2003 Now Scheduled For Feb. 8

The Fitness Expo 2003 scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 18, at Baylor University's Bill Daniel Student Center has been moved to Saturday, Feb. 8.

The schedule of 24 fitness and nutrition seminars and activities, as well as the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., will remain the same. The event is designed for people in the beginner to advance levels of fitness, senior citizens and teenagers. Seminars include "Why Diets Don't Work," "Sports Nutrition," "Fit at 50," "Kardio Kickboxing" and "Hip-Hop Workout."

The registration fee for the Fitness Expo is $10 for Baylor students, faculty and staff, and $15 for the general public. On-site registration is available for an additional $5 fee.
