School Of Music, Emmy-Winning Producer Combine Talents For 'Christmas At Baylor'

Dr. Jeffrey Powers, assistant professor of horn and coordinator of brass in the Baylor School of Music, also is a member of the Faculty Brass Quintet, which performed for "Christmas at Baylor."

Lois Ferguson, assistant provost for academic services, used her extensive set design experience to decorate Truett Seminary's Great Hall.

Faculty and students from Baylor University's School of Music will showcase "Christmas at Baylor" on national television next holiday season.
The high-definition special, being taped this week on campus, is produced by Emmy Award winner Phillip Byrd.
"Christmas at Baylor" will be available to PBS stations throughout the country in December 2003.
