In honor of International Week, Baylor University's office of international programs will host "Food Fest," one of the university's most popular events, at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, in Barfield Drawing Room in the Bill Daniel Student Center.
Food Fest is an opportunity for international students to prepare food dishes characteristic of their home countries. Flags from the world's nations will be on display, and students will wear colorful clothing representative of their nations.
Tickets can be purchased in advance in the international programs office in Poage Library or at the student center ticket office. Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door.
International Week is designed to promote campus and community awareness of the international students and scholars at Baylor. The week is sponsored by the office of international programs with students coordinating all activities.
