KWBU-TV To Air Baylor Homecoming Parade; Live Streaming Available on BaylorTV.com

KWBU-TV will broadcast the Baylor University Homecoming Parade, one of the oldest and largest collegiate homecoming parades in the nation, with live coverage from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21. The parade will also be streamed live on the Internet at BaylorTV.com.

Encore presentations will air on KWBU-TV at 8 p.m. that evening and Sunday, Oct. 22 at 4 p.m.

Hosting the live television coverage and providing commentary will be Polly Anderson, KWBU President and CEO, along with KWBU-TV producer Jessica Denk.

Beginning in 1909, the Baylor Homecoming Parade has become one of the longest standing traditions in collegiate history. This year's parade promises to be packed with fun and excitement.

Featuring floats, the Homecoming Queen and her court, balloons, and bands, as well as a variety of exciting special entries, there will be something to interest the entire family.

Affiliated with National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), KWBU serves more than 80,000 people a week through its public radio, television and educational outreach programs.
