Wacoans Named Baylor Parents Of The Year
Dr. Ron and Betty Wilson of Waco were recognized as Baylor University's Parents of the Year for 2002 during Baylor's annual Parents Weekend Sept. 20-21. The couple was honored during the half-time ceremony of the Baylor vs. University of Tulsa football game.
"Dr. and Mrs. Wilson genuinely embody the motto of the Baylor Parents League --'parents helping parents,'" said Judy Maggard, director of parent programs.
