Thirteen teams raced through the heart of the Baylor University campus April 18 during the 31st annual Bear Downs bicycle race, sponsored by Student Foundation.
Teams, consisting of four riders each, competed in a 30-mile relay around a one-mile loop of campus. Winners of the men's and women's divisions were:
Men's Division
First -- "Sociopath"
Second -- Kappa Sigma
Third -- "Naughty Little Monkeys"
Fourth -- "The Blue Team"
Women' s Division
First -- Zeta Tau Alpha
Second -- Pi Beta Phi
Third -- Tri Delta
Fourth -- Kappa Kappa Gamma
This year's Bear Downs was followed by a free concert by Seattle-based Wideawake on Fountain Mall.
