Baylor Faculty Senate Sponsors Fundraiser Oct. 11

Baylor University's faculty senate will sponsor a fundraiser for the victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on Oct. 11. The funds received will be donated to the Texas Baptist Men.

Texas Baptist Men, a part of the Baptist General Convention of Texas, set up a Disaster Relief Fund following the Attack on America. The group provides building assistance at no cost to Baptist churches.

Baylor faculty and staff may send contributions to Dr. Chuck Stanley, PO Box 98002, Waco, 76798. Baylor students donations will be received from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bill Daniel Student Center and the Anderson Student Center in the Hankamer School of Business, and from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the McLane Student Life Center. Donations also will be received at each campus cafeteria.
