"Our Town" is a Pulitzer Prize-winning drama about life in Grover's Corner's, New Hampshire. The play highlights the pleasures and tragedies of everyday life at the turn of the 20th century.
The cast of "Our Town" includes Austin Terrell, Jeff Wisnoski, Andrew Worley, Sarah Pais, Saralynn Svoboda, Natalie Whatley, Lincoln Thompson, Caitlin Tray and Laura Youngkin.
"This play is one that the audience at Baylor and in Waco can relate to," said senior Natalie Whatley. "It's set in a small town and has a theme of close family bonds. It's a nice play to come and watch."
Director Lisa Denman earned a bachelor of arts in theatre from Abilene Christian University and a master of fine arts in theatre directing from Baylor University. She is a part-time instructor as well as a student adviser and recruitment coordinator.
Tickets are $10 for the general public, and students receive a $2 discount with a student ID. Tickets are available in the Hooper-Schaefer Fine Arts Center box office.
