Campus Mourns Death of Ashley Lea Fuhrmann

A campus memorial service was held at 8 p.m. Monday, March 13, in Waco Hall for Ashley Lea Fuhrmann, a Baylor sophomore killed in an automobile accident near Huntsville on Saturday.

Three other Baylor students were involved in the accident. Courtney Schomerus, a junior from Nederland, and Spence Hegener, a junior from Lake Charles, La., were treated and released. Clint Mabry, a senior from San Antonio, is in good condition at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Bryan.

Funeral services for Ashley have been scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio. Porter Loring Funeral Home, North, in San Antonio is in charge of arrangements.
