May 1, 2001

Approximately 200 faculty, staff, students and members of the community were on site Saturday for the Baylor Habitat for Humanity house dedication.

The house is Waco's 61st Habitat home and was made a reality thanks to the donations and labor of the Baylor Habitat for Humanity student chapter - the oldest collegiate chapter in the nation - and Baylor faculty and staff. Homeowners Eddie and Anja Gayle, along with 2-year-old Seraphina, were all smiles and full of thanks as officials from Waco Habitat for Humanity and Baylor University offered well wishes and blessings to the family.
