The Department of Educational Administration in the School of Education at Baylor University will host the annual Martin Luther King Jr. celebration luncheon at noon Friday, Jan. 12, in the Barfield Drawing Room of the Bill Daniel Student Center.
The guest speaker for this year's luncheon is Dr. Adrain Johnson, superintendent of the Aransas County Independent School District, whose expertise on cultural diversity and educational administration makes him a much sought-after speaker for conventions, conferences and other events.
Baylor's renowned gospel choir, Heavenly Voices, also will perform at the luncheon.
The luncheon costs $11 per person, and reservations need to be made by noon Wednesday.
