Benefit Concert To Be Held April 5

Christian music artists Chris Rice, Watermark, Ginny Owens and special guest Wayne Kirkpatrick will perform at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, at the Ferrell Special Events Center as a part of their tour, A Night in Rocketown.
The concert, sponsored by Phi Kappa Chi Fraternity and the Baylor Student Union, will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Matt Burchett, a Garland sophomore and Phi Kappa Chi member, says the organizations are hoping to raise $10,000 from the event to provide wishes for two local children with terminal diseases.
