Baylor Names Assistant University Host

Elizabeth (Beth) Michaelis, sales manager at the Waco Hilton, has been appointed assistant university host at Baylor University. She will start her new job on May 3.
Baylor University Host Jeff Kilgore said Michaelis will assist in coordinating the University's host program areas, including conferencing, summer camps, University Interscholastic League-hosted competitions, programs at Eastland Lakes Conference Center, information services, and constituent development, along with executive special projects.
Kilgore said, "She is a committed professional and will be an asset in these demanding program areas." Michaelis, a native of Fort Worth, previously served as corporate concierge at Capitol Concierge in Washington, D.C. She said she is looking forward to joining Baylor. "I am excited and thrilled about working for such a prestigious university."
