Hundreds of fans and other well-wishers came out to the Waco airport March 17 for a sendoff celebration for the Big 12 champion Baylor Lady Bears, who are competing in their fourth NCAA Tournament, all under head coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson.

The fifth-ranked Lady Bears will play Illinois State in Seattle in the first round of the tournament. Baylor comes into the contest riding a school record 14-game win streak and sporting a 27-3 record.
