WACO, Texas (Nov. 3, 2022) The Kyle Lake Center for Effective Preaching at Baylor University’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary will present the third annual National Preaching Conference Nov. 15-17 at First Baptist Church of Waco. "Baylor’s Truett Seminary places a priority on gospel preaching. This conference is a tangible expression of that steadfast commitment," said Todd D. Still, Ph.D., The Charles J. and Eleanor McLerran Delancey Chair of the Dean and The William M. Hinson Chair of Christian Scriptures at Truett.

"It is part of our manifold response to the pressing question posed by the Apostle Paul in Romans 10:14: 'How will they hear [of the Lord Jesus Christ] without a preacher?,'" Still said.

The annual festival of preaching, worship and fellowship will feature some of the most gifted proclaimers of God’s Word, as well as choral praise, workshops and music performances. Over three days, ministry leaders and Truett students will be refreshed and renewed, encouraged and challenged, enriched and empowered, Still said.
