Staff Council Conducting Spring Project Survey

January 6, 2005

Traditionally each spring, the Baylor University Staff Council coordinates a university-wide service project involving faculty and staff. Previous projects have included: Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and Steppin' Out, among others.
In spring 2005 (between April 2 and May 2), the Baylor community will again work with an organization to help those in need. The survey profiles three organizations that have opportunities for service that focus on local needs rather than national needs which has been the majority focus of past service projects. The profiles, along with an opportunity for staff to indicate their preferences, are provided on a web page that can be accessed by clicking on the link below. Staff members are asked to review the profiles and answer the question at the bottom of the web page by Jan. 10 so that all opinions can be counted.

Technical issues regarding this survey should be directed to Faron Kincheloe at extension 8835.
