Baylor Announces Holiday Hours for Thanksgiving Break

WACO, Texas (Nov. 24, 2015) – Happy Thanksgiving, Baylor Bears! For the upcoming holiday, Baylor will observe special hours for campus libraries, residence halls and dining. Baylor will not hold classes and all administrative offices will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 25, through Sunday, Nov. 29.
Libraries
• Moody Memorial and Jessie H. Jones libraries will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday. They will close Thursday and Friday and open 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday.
• The Baylor Law Library will open Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., close Thursday and Friday, open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and resume normal hours Sunday.
• The W.R. Poage Legislative Library, Armstrong Browning Library and The Texas Collection will be closed Wednesday through Sunday, and will return to normal hours on Monday.
Residence and Dining Halls
• Residence halls will remain open but offer limited front desk services from 8 p.m. Tuesday to 1 p.m. Sunday.
• Dining halls will open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, close Wednesday through Sunday, and resume normal hours Monday.
• The Penland P.O.D. will open 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
• The East Village P.O.D. and Red Mango will open 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, close Wednesday through Saturday and open 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
Student Union Building and Dining
• Mooyah and Chick-Fil-A will open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, and close Wednesday through Sunday.
• Panda Express will open 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, close Wednesday through Saturday, and open 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
• Freshii will open 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, and close Wednesday through Sunday.
• Einstein’s will open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, and close Wednesday through Sunday.
• Au Bon Pain in Foster Campus will open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, and close Wednesday through Sunday.
• East Village Bakery will open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, and close Wednesday through Sunday.
• BSB Moe’s and Which Wich will open 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, and close Wednesday through Sunday.
• Moody Starbucks will close at 5 p.m. Tuesday, open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, close Thursday through Saturday, and resume normal hours on Sunday.
Student Life Center (SLC), Mayborn Museum and Bookstore
• The SLC will close at 6 p.m. Tuesday, and will remain closed through Saturday. They will open 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and resume normal hours on Monday.
• The Mayborn Museum will close Thursday for Thanksgiving Day.
• The Baylor Bookstore will close Wednesday through Sunday and resume normal hours on Monday.
