Baylor Closed Monday, Sept. 3, for Labor Day Holiday

In observance of Labor Day, Baylor University administrative offices will be closed and no classes will be held on Monday, Sept. 3.
Though the following changes have been made to business hours, many services - including dining halls and recreational facilities - and special events will be available to students over the weekend.
Recreation: The McLane Student Life Center (SLC) will be open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., closed Sunday, then open from 1 p.m. to midnight Monday. The Baylor Marina will be closed Sunday but will remain open from 1 p.m. to sunset Saturday and Monday.
Dining: The SUB Food Court and Penland Food Court will remain open as usual. Memorial Dining Hall, Collins Café and Brooks Dining Hall will be closed Monday.
' Libraries: Moody Memorial Library and Jesse H. Jones Library will be open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m. Monday. The Baylor Law Library will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to midnight on Monday. The Texas Collection and the W.R. Poage Legislative Library will be closed Saturday through Monday. Armstrong Browning Library will remain open as usual.
' The Bill Daniel Student Center (SUB) will remain open as usual from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. to midnight Monday. The Baylor Mail Center in the SUB will be closed Monday.
' The Mayborn Museum Complex will remain open on Monday during normal hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
' The Baylor Bookstore will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. It will be closed Monday.
' The Wiethorn Visitors Center will be closed Monday.
' The Baylor Health Center Clinic and Pharmacy will be closed Monday.
' Residence Halls will remain open as usual.
Baylor Student Activities has scheduled several special events throughout the holiday weekend for students to enjoy while they are on campus:

Friday, Aug. 31
Traditions Rally 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Floyd Casey Stadium

Saturday, Sept. 1
' Student Life Center Open 9am-10pm (Marina Open 1:00pm-Dark)
' SUB Open 9 a.m.-11 p.m.
' Union Board Movie Night 7 p.m. in SUB Den featuring Hunger Games
' SUB Dining Open: Quiznos, Einstein and Panda Express

Sunday, Sept. 2
' Baylor vs. SMU Football Game (student tailgate opens at 12:30 p.m., game at 5:30 p.m.)
' Buses run from 3-9 p.m. from Penland Hall

Monday, Sept. 3
' Union Board Movie Matinee Noon in SUB Den featuring Hunger Games
' SLC Open 1 p.m.-midnight (Marina Open 1 p.m.-dark)
' SUB 7 a.m.-11 p.m.
' SUB Dining Open: Quiznos, Einstein and Panda Express
