Baylor Regents approved plans for a natural grass field at Casey Stadium, home of the Bears' football team, and to have the new turf installed for the 1997 season. Funding arrangements and selection of a company contracted to do the work will be discussed at a later board meeting.
In other action, the Regents:
* Approved a feasibility study of $375,000 for continuing design work on a new Student Life building, a $15 million facility for student use;
* Approved a feasibility study of $45,000 for plans to upgrade Baylor's baseball and softball complex;
