WACO, Texas (Dec. 28, 2014) -- Baylor University is mourning the passing of Dr. Randy Lofgren, B.M.Ed. ’62, M.M. ’70 and Ed.D. ’74, retired associate vice president of constituent engagement, who died Dec. 26 at the age of 74.
