June 11: Machines in Motion

Come explore the ideas behind Leonardo da Vinci’s inventions. Discover why his ideas work! As Leonardo said, “All our knowledge has its origins in our perceptions.” Come see if your perceptions change!

June 18th: Water

Leonardo da Vinci’s fear of water drove his desire to learn more about it. He called water “the vehicle of nature!” Come explore the amazing properties of water, engage in exciting experiments and enjoy a cool break from the summer’s heat!

June 25th: Flight

Man has always been fascinated with flying. Come discover more about flight with us as we explore the marvelous world of Leonardo’s flying machines.

July 16th: Renaissance Day

Return to the Italian Renaissance as we relive a day in Leonardo’s world.

July 23rd: Weapons of War

Leonardo da Vinci was a military engineer, although he was considered a man of peace. He designed many war machines that are models for military machines of today. Engage your day exploring the art of catapulting and hit your mark with Nerf cross bows and slingshots.

July 30th: Art

Let your imagination run wild as you marvel at the artistic talent of the master, Leonardo da Vinci! Color your world with Mona, chalk up a masterpiece, or simply find your inner da Vinci on this awesome, fun filled day!

Remember, activities begin at 1 o'clock and continue until 5pm!
