One of the highlights of the exhibition is a recently restored painting by Nicolai Fechin, a Russian born artist who became a well-renowned American impressionist painter during the first half of the 20th century. The large oil on canvas portrait portrays Vera Fokina, a famous Russian ballerina who lived in New York during the same time as Fechin.
