New Exhibitions Open Jan 22

Gallery I features works in watercolor by Midland, Texas artist, Warren Taylor.The exhibition, "Dreams and Drifting", represents Taylor's signature style. Images of the fantastic and the mundane are juxtaposed in the surreal works. The exhibition will run through February 26, 2009.
Taylor will present an informal GALLERY TALK on Thursday,February 26 at 3:00pm.
Gallery II features photography by O. Rufus Lovett dealing with the iconic Kilgore Rangerettes. Routinely featured in Texas Monthly magazine, Lovett will present an informal GALLERY TALK on Wednesday, February 11 at 12:30pm. The exhibition will run through February 24, 2009.
Museum hours (closed for University holidays):
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday - Friday
12:00 - 5:00 p.m., Saturday
The museum is also open during evening and matinee performances of Baylor Theatre and during special events held in the Hooper-Schaefer Fine Arts Center.
