How to Find Your Campus Box Number

Your Personal Mailing Address

To access your personal mailing address, please follow these instructions:

Log on to BearWeb:  https://bearweb.baylor.edu

Select Login to BearWeb

Enter user id and pin number

Select Personal Information

Select View Address(es) and Phone(s)

Your campus address will be listed under Campus PO Box.  Please use this address for letters, packages, overnight packages, magazines, newspapers, etc.  When a package is received, a notification slip will be placed in your box and an email sent to your Baylor email address.  Please bring the notification slip and your Baylor ID card to the MailCenter located at Bill Daniel Student Center (SUB) to pick up your package.

Use the mailing address exactly as shown in BearWeb to expedite mail delivery.  Mail is processed using the box number.  Leaving it off will substantially delay your mail delivery.

Mailbox keys are available for pick up during Move-In from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Bill Daniel Student Center (SUB).  Tables will be set up in the student lounge area.  Your student ID card is required as proof of identification when picking up your mailbox key.  If you are unable to pick up your key at the designated times, please visit the Mail Center window during regular business hours.

Please call (254) 710-1310 or email Campus_Mail@baylor.edu with questions.
