PawPrints printing stations are available across campus in our computing facilities. Every Baylor undergraduate student receives a 400-page allowance per semester (Business undergraduate students registered for business classes receive a larger page allowance). Graduate students receive a 600-page allowance. If you print beyond your semester allowance, will bill your student account at the rate of $.07/page for standard printing and $.28 for color printing.

The goal of the PawPrints printing network is to provide students printing services throughout campus in a responsible manner. To help conserve resources we suggest the following tips:

• Use the defaulted duplex printing function.
• Print more than one PowerPoint slide per sheet when possible.
• Proofread documents on the screen when possible.
• Use a USB flash-memory device to store your data instead of printing copies.
• Print only the pages you need to take with you.
• Use the Print Preview command to preview your print jobs and ensure that you are not printing more pages than you intend
• Make copies of documents on a copy machine, not on a printer.
