Here's what to know before you graduate about your Baylor...

E-Mail

Student email accounts remain active on the university's Exchange server for two consecutive semesters (the summer counts as one semester) after last enrollment and are then deleted. Former students, via a process begun in 2013, are eligible for free alumni.baylor.edu accounts through Microsoft's Office 365. Blackboard Access

A few days after graduation you will no longer be able to login to Blackboard. Please make sure you have any items saved on your personal computer before graduation.

BearSpace Access

A few days after graduation you will no longer be able to login to BearSpace. Please download all files from the BearSpace server to your personal computer or other media before graduating. If you need assistance with this, please call the Help Desk at 710-HELP (4357).
