Groups of two or more students may use one of four Gregory Group Study / Presentation Rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. These rooms are located on the second floor of Moody Library, and they are available during all Library Stacks open hours.

These rooms feature:

• Seating for six people
• Tables for group discussion
• A white board
• A projection screen

The rooms are open for walk-in use, and doors do not lock. Personal items should not be left unattended in these rooms. Additionally, rooms should be vacated before the Library Stacks areas close, to avoid being locked in.

Projectors are available for checkout at the TechPoint desk in the Garden Level Study Commons. A valid Baylor ID Card is required to check out a projector. Whiteboard markers and erasers are also available from the TechPoint desk.
