Thanks to a grant from the Schumacher Foundation, the second floor of Jesse H. Jones library now has a flexible learning space, known as Jones 200, with brand new furniture.
This Jones 200 space is now outfitted with new tables, chairs, white board partitions and table/chair combos (see pictures below) all mounted on wheels to allow patrons to configure the space to best suit their needs. The addition of this new, more versatile furniture to the projector and flat screen already available, heightens the sophistication and adaptability of the space for class and group meetings, as well as teleconferences, webinars and other educational endeavors.
When not scheduled for formal programs, the Jones 200 area will remain available to students as quiet study space.
