The Baylor School of Music and the Crouch Fine Arts Library will sponsor the last of three concerts held this fall at Moody Library. The final concert will be performed from 11:30 to 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2, in the Harvey Garden (accessible from the garden level of Moody library). In case of inclement weather, the event will take place in the Allbritton Foyer on the first floor of the library.
Baylor's brass ensemble present a lunch concert in the Moody foyer on Nov. 16.
Entitled 'Music in the Garden,' the concerts are held in the library's Harvey Garden when weather permits. Various ensembles from the School of Music playing brass, woodwind, string and percussion instruments will play at the December concert.
'Bring your lunch and come enjoy some beautiful music,' said coordinator Sha Towers of the Fine Arts Library. Drinks and light lunches are are available in the Java City cafe, located at the entrance to Harvey Garden.
Towers and Wiff Rudd, a member of the trumpet faculty, are coordinating the performances. More concerts will be scheduled in the spring semester.
