BrowZine App from Third Iron Eases Research

Jan. 10, 2014

Baylor University Libraries has contracted with BrowZine to provide faculty and students an easy-to-use resource that interfaces with our e-journal content to enhance the research process and empower scholars to keep up with the latest findings in their field.

Baylor Libraries is pleased to announce the launch of BrowZine -- a new tablet application for Baylor faculty, staff and students that allows you to browse, read and monitor many of the library's scholarly e-journals in a format optimized for an iPad or Android tablet.

Built to accommodate research and current awareness needs, articles found via BrowZine can easily be synced up with Zotero, RefWorks, Box or several other services to help keep all of your information together in one place.

With BrowZine, you can:

  • Browse and read e-journals by subject, easily review tables of contents and download full articles;

  • Create your own bookshelf and be notified when new issues are published;

  • Save articles for off-line reading or export to services such as RefWorks, Zotero, Box and more.

    To learn more, please take a look at this short two-minute video.

    Baylor Libraries is excited to provide a resource to the Baylor community that enables students and faculty to better organize and stay updated with research.
