Checkout Procedures

Any library guest may use materials in the building with valid photo ID. Baylor University faculty, staff, and students may check out recordings, books, and scores from the service desk in the Crouch Library (valid Baylor ID required).

Students may check out up to 8 MEDIA ITEMS and up to 40 items total. Students may renew their materials and view their circulation information in the library's online catalog, BearCat (http://bearcat.baylor.edu) Library materials are considered late immediately following the due date. Materials not returned promptly will be charged to the student's account for replacement and will include fees for the replacement, processing the new materials ($40.00), and a non-refundable billing fee ($20.00).
