The Baylor Electronic Library offers support for EasyGrade Pro, a gradebook application, and Respondus and ExamView Assessment Suite, two test-bank applications for the Windows and Mac OSX operating systems, respectively. Before attempting to use any of these applications, please read the following section, "Which gradebook / test bank applications should I use?"
GRADEBOOK - The easiest way to manage your grades is through the Canvas learning management system (see this video for more information on using Canvas to post your class grades). However, if your approach to grading is complicated and you need more flexibility to calculate grades, consider using EasyGrade Pro or, better yet, Microsoft Excel.
TEST BANKS & TEST GENERATION - If you intend to administer your tests and quizzes online through Canvas, consider using Canvas's native ability to create question banks (refer to this guide to get started). If you often administer paper-based tests with significant amounts of questions of differing types, then you may want to use either Respondus or ExamView Assessment Suite.
EasyGrade Pro is compatible with both the Windows and Mac OSX operating systems and is available for download at http://www.baylor.edu/appcenter (PC clients only). Mac clients may access the EasyGrade Pro installer by following these instructions:

We offer Respondus as our solution for test-bank management. This application integrates with Canvas and is also capable of generating paper-based tests.
